Welcome to BarWars.net, the live trivia and entertainment platform designed for interactive play at participating venues. By joining and playing through BarWars.net/join, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to participate. By joining a game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Participation

You may play without creating a permanent account; however, session data such as scores and usernames may be stored temporarily.
Players must use respectful, non-offensive usernames.
BarWars reserves the right to remove or block any player who disrupts gameplay or violates these Terms.

4. Gameplay and Scoring

All trivia questions and scoring are managed by the host or automated system.
Scores are calculated based on accuracy and response time.
BarWars may reset scores nightly or between sessions to maintain fair play.

5. Prizes and Rewards

Prizes offered at venues are managed by the venue itself, not BarWars.net.
BarWars is not responsible for prize distribution, eligibility, or disputes.

6. Conduct and Fair Play

Players agree to:

Participate honestly and without cheating or using unauthorized aids.
Refrain from offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.
Respect other players, hosts, and venue staff.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the game or permanent suspension.

7. Data and Privacy

BarWars may collect limited data such as player name, score, and location for gameplay and analytics.
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Technical Requirements
